Our Retrofit Execution Principles

1) Identify Failure Modes Before Mobilization
– We analyze what can fail, what fails silently, and what can fail outside our scope during our work. 

2) Temporary Systems are Treated as Permanent
– Temporary power, cooling, and controls are engineered, reviewed, documented, and monitored. There are no “temporary” assumptions in live environments.

3) Operator-Visible Sequencing
– Operations teams are involved early and continuously.  Maintenance windows, rollback plans, and system dependencies are clearly defined and respected.
